Key benefits for parking structures
Waterproofing, salt resistance, abrasion resistance, anti-slip performance even when wet, vapor permeability, eco-friendly odorless installation, low tire noise, and long-term aesthetic appeal.
Installation overview
RiteArmor® urethane concrete systems are available as 3-component or 4-component products and are designed for practical field installation.
Substrate treatment
Mechanically treat the substrate to remove laitance, surface contamination, and friable material, producing a clean, sound, textured surface. Anchor grooves are required at free edges.
Priming
Prime and seal the substrate completely. Defects such as blow holes should be repaired before overlaying, and anchor grooves should be filled.
Apply urethane concrete
Mix the components, spread the mixture evenly with a rake or notched trowel, and use a spiked roller to remove air bubbles and create a smooth, even finish.
